We are a long-established Israeli architecture and interior design studio, founded in 1979, dedicated to delivering an uncompromising professional vision in architectural planning and interior design for private residences and boutique projects across Israel.
The studio is led through a successful and creative partnership between Sarah Frenkel and her daughter, Nirit Frenkel — a mother-and-daughter team united by a shared passion for design, a deep sensitivity to aesthetics, and a holistic approach to planning and spatial experience.
Continuing the studio’s family legacy, architect Yotam Birenboim, Sarah’s nephew and Nirit’s cousin, brings his architectural expertise and perspective to the team. Together, they combine generations of experience, creativity, and a shared commitment to thoughtful, timeless design.

Total Design: Orchestrating the Complete Space
At the heart of our practice is Total Design, an approach that considers architecture, interiors, landscape, and the surrounding environment as one integrated whole. Every project begins with a deep understanding of the people who will inhabit it: their lifestyles, needs, aspirations, and the ways their home may change and evolve with them over time.
We see a building as a complete organism, with no separation between inside and out. This thinking informs everything from the positioning of the house on its plot to the architectural envelope, landscaping and planting, interiors, lighting schemes, and bespoke cabinetry details.
